Hosted Clients
Once you complete this form, you will be added to our upgrade queue. We are limited to the number of upgrades we can complete daily therefore it may take 3-4 weeks before your cart is upgraded. You do have the option of have your cart upgraded within a couple of day using our Priority Upgrade service. Simply select "Priority" under Upgrade Options.

Licensed Clients
Please complete the information below as accurately as possible. Any incorrect information will result in the wrong package being delivered and will cause issue with your upgrade. We STRONGLY suggest creating a backup of all files and databases before starting the upgrade, we are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result.
