For security reasons, the cart does not come ready to perform this function. To stay within VISA CISP regulations, the application will not support storing or collecting credit cards EXCEPT when passed to a gateway company.
To do this, you would need to modify the code base taking your cart system out of PA DSS certification and you need to consider the PCI compliance issues associated with mailed credit cards.
