If you are using our licensed version, you can change the directory the cart is in using an FTP program such as Filezilla.
1)FTP into your server and move the Shopping Cart files into the new directory you would like the cart to reside in. Renaming the directory will be the easiest.
2) After that is complete, login to the admin area http://www.yourstore.com/store/admin.php ( in this example, the cart has been moved to a /store directory )
3) Go to Cart Settings >> Global Cart Settings 
3) Go to Global Site Settings and update Global HTTP URL / Global HTTPS URL to reflect where the store is now located.
