To connect Webgility/eCC service to your Pinnacle cart, follow these steps:
1. Go to Webgility.com and set up your free trial. After you have signed up, log back in and follow the instructions for downloads.
2. After the downloads have been extracted to your computer the next step is to upload the eCC folder provided into you cart root.
3. When connecting your eCC panel to your Pinnacle Cart website you will be asked to provide your eCC module location. The eCC module is the folder that you should have uploaded in step 2. The location is:
”yourdomainname”/ecc/pinnacle.php
This was the final step in connecting your cart to Quickbooks and the eCC panel for Webgility!
4. Now you can download your customer data from Quickbooks into the eCC panel and start managing your business with Webgility!
