On some 3.7.10 carts, when using the shipping quote feature to generate a shipping quote, there is no error message when there are no shipping methods available.
The Fix:
- Download the attached shipping-quote.html file
- Using File Manager or FTP upload the file to content/engine/design/templates/pages/checkout/, replacing the existing file that is there
- Go to Cart Settings -> Appearance Settings and click Clear Skin Cache
- Click the link to launch the Cart Designer
- Exit the designer and the issue will be resolved. You will now see an expected error message when trying to generate a shipping quote and no methods are available
