Once there, click on 'Browse'
Click on the pencil next to the admin user you wish to edit, which is typically the first one or 'aid 1'
Scroll down to the field marked password and enter in a password of your choice
After you enter your new password, change the drop down to 'MD5' to encrypt the password
To complete the reset, scroll down and hit 'Go' . This will set the admin user selected to use the new password, enabling you to log in.
