This article is for customers who have purchased the lifetime license of Pinnacle Cart.
Here is the following message you may see and how to resolve the issue
License Error:
Your Licensing Key is Invalid
Check your Licensing Key, or contact Customer Support.Please contact Customer Service if you believe this message is an error.
The issue is the cart is being installed on an address that isn't valid. The valid address was provided at the time of purchase and is the domain name the software was ordered for.
We do allow development domain names to be added to the license key. Due to the sensitive nature of the request, you are required to submit a ticket to support. Please include your license key and the development domain you are looking to add to the license key.
You may also be seeing this error if you are attempting to install the software on an entirely new domain name. Pinnacle Cart only allows for the transfer of a license key to a new domain name under the following circumstances.
1. Both domain names are registered with the same "whois" information
2. Both domain names are in the same industry.
If both requirements are met, we will change the domain name registered to the license key.
If the requirements are not met, it will require a new license purchase.
