The following fix will fix the issue when you are getting an error in the carts admin area when selecting date ranges and the cart says they are invalid when they are in actuality valid. This fix is only valid for cart version 3.6.4.
Simply download the attached zip file, unzip it and upload the files in there to the /content/admin/javascript/ folder overwriting the files currently there.
