FIX FOR ONLY THE 3.6 SERIES
The attached file contains 3 files that are going to fix international USPS to work again after they made unannounced changes to their API system. This fix will only work on 3.6.4 so please only use it on this version of the cart.
Download the attached zip and unzip it on your computer.
FTP into your server and upload the content folder to the place where you have your cart installed at, overwriting the files as your ftp program prompts you to do so.
