Ok, now, with that said we need to go add the different codes for these as states of the United States to make them show up in the drop down choices when people are inputting there billing/shipping addresses.
Go to Cart Settings -> Global Cart Settings -> Country list. Once there you will see a page that looks like what is below.
Once There You will click on U for United states and than click on the
icon to bring up the states as shown below.
Once here will fill in the state/province name with what is listed below for each. Make sure the name is filled in properly and the abbreviation is the two letter abbreviation listed below here and shown in the example screenshot below.
AA, which stands for Armed Forces (the) Americas
AE, which stands for Armed Forces Europe
AP, which stands for Armed Forces Pacific
Now once you save this you will than be able to go setup the usps or custom shipping to use these as you normally would for any other shipping.
