Click on Cart Settings, then click on Global Cart Settings as shown below.
Click on Languages & Currencies as shown below.
Click on the Language tab as shown below.
Click on the Edit Icon to the right of your Language Name as shown below.
The Language File starts on the Common Page which allows you to modify Cart Text in the Common Category. By changing the dropdown to each different category, you can modify the text throughout the cart as shown below.
For example, in order to remove "No items found" from your catalog pages, you would select the Catalog category from the dropdown.
