Pinnacle Cart Knowledge Base 1. Log into your account by visiting account.pinnaclecart.com and entering the username and password you chose when you purchased the cart as shown below.
2. Scroll down and click on your domain name.
3. Click on where it says "For old cart version downloads Click Here"
4. Take a look at the list offered and click on the download link next to the package that has the highest number. You will than have the latest available package according to your support contract as shown below.
