First, log into your account at https://account.pinnaclecart.com using your username and password that you set up when you ordered your cart.
Scroll down to the bottom of the first page you see once you've logged in.
Click on Upgrade Support Package.
Under Customer Service, you can Check which support options you wish to purchase. You can also purchase a number of other extras from this page (Consultations, Skins, etc.).
Once you've selected which support options you wish to purchase, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Calculate Order.
After calculating your order, you will see what you wish to purchase in the Order Summary. This will tell you the total cost of the support package/extras you wish to purchase.
Once you've reviewed your order, scroll down and click Complete Order to submit your purchase.
