Step 1. Log into your Plesk Control Panel using the following address. (Your username and password were given to you when you signed up and should be in your welcome email that you got from us; if not, open a support ticket for this information)

Step 2. Click on the Home link on the left hand side of the window.
Step 3. Click on the Databases icon.
Step 4. Click on the name of the database your cart uses. (You can find this info if there are multiple databases by looking in your /content/engine/engine_config.php file in your cart files)
Step 5. Click on the Webadmin icon.
Step 6. This will open up a new window which will allow you to manage your database.
