Here are some things to check when using the FTP method to upload images for products.

1.  Make sure they are named the same as the product ID of the product the picture belongs to and in lowercase format.

2.  Make sure you are uploading to the /images/products folder and that they have 755 or 777 permissions (whichever is greater and that your server allows).

3.  Make sure the product ID's and names of the product's images are in lowercase.

4.  If it still does not work, issue a support ticket to Technical Support.
