You can follow the easy steps below to find it.
You can log in via FTP if you have FTP access, or if you have access to the cart's admin area, you can use the File Manager that is built into the cart as shown in the File Manager method.
FTP Method.
Step 1.) Log into your FTP hosting account using your favorite FTP program.
Step 2.) Navigate to the folder where you have the cart installed at.
Step 3.) Navigate to the /content folder, then to the /engine folder.
Step 4.) Once there, you can usually right click on the engine_config.php file and edit or open it.
Step 5.) You will find you key in the engine_config.php file by looking for the code that says 'define('LICENSE_NUMBER', 'xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx');
Cart File Manager method for locating your license key.
Step 1.) Log into your cart's admin area.
Step 2.) Navigate to the File Manager by going to 'Cart Settings' -> 'File Manager'
Step 3.) Then, click on 'Click here to launch File Manager' to open up the File Manager in a new pop up window.
Step 4.) You will then navigate to the file by clicking on "content', then click on 'engine'.
Step 5.) Once there, you will scroll down until you see the file named 'engine_config.php.
Step 6.) Click on
to the right of where it says engine_config.php.Step 7.) You will then find the following code which contains your license key.
'define('LICENSE_NUMBER', 'xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx');
