Step 2). Click on 'Global Cart Settings' as shown below.
Step 3). Click on 'Order / Cart Settings' as shown below.
Step 4). Set the option for 'Display Terms And Conditions Checkbox :' to 'NO' as shown below.
Step 5). You are all done and your customers will no longer have to agree to your terms of service to checkout.
