Below is a list of things to check in your cart and Stone Edge before contacting technical support.

1.  Stone Edge will not work unless you have ssl installed be it shared or dedicated.

2.  Make sure your server can communicate with the outside world on port 443.

3.   Make sure you have the correct url in Stone Edge for it to connect to the cart.  You will get this from within the cart when you setup the cart to use Stone Edge.

4.  Make sure you also have setup a username and password in the cart during the setup on the cart for Stone Edge.
