If your bottom navigation is not working properly, you can try restoring it via the file manager.  Go to 'Cart Settings' > 'File Manager' and launch the file manager.  Once in the file manager, you will want to click on 'Skin Files' in the top left hand corner.  Scroll down to site_bottom.html and edit it.  Once you are editing it, you can click on 'Restore File' and it will restore it from backup.  If this does not work, then you would want to submit a ticket into technical support.
