1) Direct your browser to

2) Once you have ChatStat installed, you will need to determine the type of integration you would like to use for your website. Most clients will use the following methods:
- JavaScript HTML Snippet without Callback (DEFAULT CHOICE) FREE) Suggested Method
- JavaScript HTML Snippet with Callback (FREE)
3) Next, you will have to place an HTML Snippet on your site. Wherever you place the HTML Snippet, a small button will appear that will allow a web visitor to start a live chat with you. This button will only appear when ChatStat is running on your local computer.
To access the FREE HTML Snippets for your website, please go to the MAIN MENU and select the GLOBAL SETTINGS submenu. Once this window has loaded, select the HTML MANAGEMENT tab as depicted in the illustration below.
4) Copy the ChatStat code to your clipboard, and login to the management area of Pinnacle Cart. Go to Cart Setting >> File Manager and launch the File Manager window. Select Skins Files to get to the HTML pages of the cart. The ChatStat icon may appear anywhere on your site. If you like the ChatStat icon to appear on the left side, open the index.html file and place the code at the bottom of the {** LEFT SIDE **}code. If you want it to appear on the right, place it at the bottom of the {** RIGHT SIDE **} Or place it anywhere you would like it to appear.
Be sure to make a back-up of any files you edit.
Save the file, and launch ChatStat on your local machine.
